Shipping in the UK
Delivery information – We send majority of our products 2kg and under via Royal Mail with the below options available at our checkout for:
- First Class delivery
- First Class signed for delivery
Orders over 2kg will be despatched via our courier DHL and will be delivered within 24 hours.
When placing your order please supply an address where there will be someone available to sign for the delivery during the week during 8am to 6pm.
If you place your order before 12 noon we will despatch the order same day and aim to deliver within 1-5 working days (weekday despatches only) depending on which delivery option was picked at point of order.

Free Postage on all UK Mainland orders over £35. Not available in conjunction with any other offers/discounts/voucher codes.
Returns
We hope that you will be delighted with all the goods you receive from us, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied, simply contact us to arrange returning the items in an unused and resaleable condition within seven working days for a full refund - no questions asked.
Please note that in these cases we do not reimburse return postage cost. This does not affect your statutory rights. In the unlikely event that any of your goods arrive damaged or faulty we will arrange a refund or replacement for you, and reimburse the cost of returning the item we have requested back.
To return items please use the ‘contact us’ form so our Customer Support Department can then investigate your request and contact you to arrange and confirm details.
