Is toolbay part of Laser?
No, toolbay is a main distributor for Laser, Gunson and Kamasa. We happen to be geographically very close to the importer, which helps us provide the service level we offer.
Are Laser tools guaranteed for life?
On the rare occasion that there is a problem with any of our tools they will be replaced if they are found to be defective and the company will always offer replacements or a repair if tools fail through normal use or if parts go missing.
How high is the quality of your tools?
We stock tools for a variety of situations. If you want a tool for a single job at home you can buy a Tool more than suitable for the job which will not cost you a fortune. If you are a professional technician and will be using the tools constantly our professional range is for you.
Which colour tune should I buy?
The adaptors will only fit the standard size so if you have more than one vehicle buy the standard one (G4074) and then the adaptors to suit.
Can I collect from a trade counter?
Toolbay is geared for web and mail order sales so we do not have a trade counter as such. However, we are happy to arrange collections by appointment.
